QuickCar Steering Wheel Disconnects let a driver separate the wheel from the steering shaft in seconds, clearing the cockpit for faster entry and exit and giving safety crews unobstructed access when it matters most. Anodized aluminum construction keeps rotating weight low without giving up the strength a steering coupling demands, and each disconnect ships complete with its weld-on steel hub adapter so there is nothing else to source before installation. This version uses a hex coupler with a push button release, the simplest and quickest style to operate under pressure with gloves on.
It mounts to popular three-bolt racing steering wheels and installs on 3/4 Inch diameter steering shafts, making it a direct upgrade for most circle track, drag, and dirt applications.
