Passing a 12 volt feed through a firewall is where a lot of good wiring jobs turn into a chafed cable and a short. A proper panel terminal makes it a sealed, mechanical connection on both sides of the panel. A black pass-through post with nickel-plated 3/8 Inch studs, rated to a maximum of 250 amps.
