At Keyser Manufacturing, our commitment to engineering and developing new products is reflected in the wide range of fabricated items we produce for the manufacturing and retail industries. From simple to complex fabrication – we can do that!
Manufacturing
Not only are we one of the largest manufacturers of race car parts in the United States but we also build and manufacture parts for everyday companies just like yours. Here at Keyser Manufacturing in Coopersville Michigan we fabricate, weld, machine, assemble, punch, cut, form and bend virtually all different parts for all different industries, Including: Automotive, tool & die, chemical, transportation, craft production, industrial equipment, shipping, government & many more.
3D Printing
With our 3D Printer, we can produce a working prototype in a matter of hours. Using a digital file, we can produce better designs with little to zero waste while not interrupting current production runs.
Powder Coating
Keyser Manufacturing is dedicated to providing the highest quality powder coating finishes to our customers from our in-house powder coating department.
Why use a powder coating finish?
Powder coating offers a consistent finish and appearance with no drip marks or other surface irregularities. It resists chipping, cracking, and peeling and is incredibly abrasion, corrosion, and chemical resistant. This process is long lasting, durable and virtually maintenance free and environmentally friendly. It applies value-added touches to many steel and aluminum components.
Shock Development
We bring the right amount of suspension control for the demands of all racing conditions. Our engineering team gets the job done by designing, testing and building some of the most advanced shock absorbers available.
Anodizing
In our state-of-the-art anodizing facility, we have the capability to convert any metal surface into a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Anodizing will increase the life span of the part and improve color stability.
CNC Machining
In-house CNC machining allows us to produce parts quickly and on your deadlines. With CNC Lathes, CNC Mills and various manual machines in-house, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products, competitive pricing and excellent service. In-house CNC machining allows us to produce parts quickly and on your deadlines. Whether it is a one piece prototype or a production run of thousands.
Laser Cutting
The state-of-the-art Mitsubishi 2D LP Plus II, 3500 watt CO2 Laser features the diamond path advanced beam delivery system for superior edge quality and processing.
Our in-house engineering team is available to design your custom parts, and customer CAD files can also be imported directly to our software. We assure an accurate, high quality product every time, with the shortest possible lead times.

Welding
Keyser Manufacturing has extensive welding capabilities utilizing manual welding, MIG, TIG, and also Robotic welding. We are experienced in welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel materials. Innovation and years of experience contribute to the success of our custom welding projects. Our MIG, TIG, and automated welding capabilities make short work of even the most demanding production schedules.
Robotic Welding Robotic welding dramatically improves cycle times and consistency/repeatability, allowing for faster delivery on larger production jobs. Robotic welding also features the flexibility to handle a variety of applications.
TIG Welding The TIG welding process is used when high quality, precision welding is required. It is most often used on aluminum and/or thinner materials.
MIG Welding We offer a minimum of ten active MIG welding cells with in-house fixture capabilities.
