DMI Friction Fighter Quick Change Gears

Simply stated Friction Fighter 10 Spline Quick Change Gears are the strongest, lightest, highest quality gears available. 9310 Ultra high strength steel, stone ground, cryogenic processed and REM® finished - The gear mesh area is only 1" wide eliminating friction. The narrow gear also saves over a .5 pound compared to most other light weight gear sets and 2 pounds compared to standard sets. Saveing a huge amount of roating weight in addition to reduced friction.

REM® Finish is an Isotropic Superfinish Process (ISP) that offers many advantages over other “Super Finishing” techniques. REM® removes the microscopic peaks created during the machining process. The treatment provides a more uniformed surface reducing friction. Regular REM® features a mirror-like finish

Note: Do to the rem coating we reccomend the use of high quailty fluid with these gears. Such as DMI Bulldog Blood or Driven Racing Oil.
