The torsion bar retainer holds the bar in position so it cannot walk out of the chassis or arm under load. A bar that moves changes the preload your setup depends on. Correct fit for the bar diameter is what makes retention positive.
Retainers are inspected whenever bars are changed.
This kit holds torsion arm and stop in place if pinch bolts loosen or break. Black. Sold in pairs.
