Pinch bolts clamp splined joints like torsion arms and Pitman arms, and they are what stop those parts from rotating on their splines under load. A loose pinch bolt lets the arm move, changing your setup with no warning. Correct grade and length are what generate the clamping force needed.
These get wrenched constantly, so quality affects how long threads last.
Kit includes five titanium bolts to replace standard 3/8 Inch-24 x 1-7/8 Inch hardware found in most torsion and Pitman arms. Bolt kit weighs less than 90 grams.
