The torsion arm transfers wheel movement into the torsion bar, making it the link that determines how each corner of the car carries load. Any flex or slop here shows up as inconsistent bite that no amount of setup change will fix. Precise machining keeps the spline and pickup points where the setup sheet expects them, lap after lap.
Arms take direct hits in contact, so a spare set in the trailer is cheap protection against a lost feature.
Ti22's arms are constructed of high-strength 2024 aluminum, or strong 4130 billet steel. The arms have been precisely radiused to reduce excess weight while maintaining strength and durability. The left S-Bend Arms allow for more oversteer clearance on the left front tire - great for non-wing sprint cars!
Right torsion arm is 16-3/4 Inch from center of torsion bar hole to end. Left torsion arm is 18-3/4 Inch from center of torsion bar hole to end.
