The drag link carries steering input from the Pitman arm to the steering arm, so it takes the full load of every correction the driver makes. A bent or flexing link costs steering precision when it is needed most. High-strength chromoly tubing resists bending under load without adding unnecessary mass.
Correct length is what sets your steering geometry, so sizing matters.
Ti22's Tie Rods and Drag Links are made using high-strength 1-1/8 Inch O.D. 4130 chromoly tubing.
