Ti22 7/16 4130 Steel Brake Rod 20" Chrome

The brake rod ties the rear brake assembly to the chassis to resist the rotational torque braking generates. Without it, the whole assembly tries to rotate under braking. Chromoly construction resists the bending loads that would let the assembly move.
Threaded inserts let you set length precisely to your chassis.
Manufactured from 4130 chrome moly steel, right rear brake rod is designed to help stabilize the rear axle assembly. Significantly more durable than aluminum units, brake rod is 20 Inch long with welded/threaded 7/16 Inch inserts.
