Ti22 600 Spindle Nut Kit

The spindle nut sets front wheel bearing preload and is the fastener holding the hub on the spindle, so it must stay put through every impact the front end takes. A nut that backs off changes bearing clearance and puts a wheel at risk. Keyed washer and screw designs lock positively rather than relying on thread friction.
Titanium keeps weight down at the far end of the suspension.
