The 18 V produced by these regulators enable you to open up your spark plug gaps to a whopping . 070 in. The larger gap and hotter spark burns fuel more completely on each piston stroke. Voltage drop is eliminated, as these Mini VIP Voltage Step Up regulators isolate the power to your ignition system only. Plugs stay cleaner and some applications will be able to run a richer fuel mixture due to the additional spark intensity.
