GM LS Engine to TH350/400 Adapter Sleeve. Crank adapter sleeve allows use of an early TH350/TH400 style transmission with an LS engine. Simply insert adapter sleeve into the crankshaft end to center the torque converter pilot with the crankshaft.
Note: Requires Flexplate With Early Style GM Torque Convertor Pattern. (Flexplate PQX1834620).
