Coated Braided Steel Lines with Aluminum Ends. Braided steel lines feature a PTFE inner liner which is compatible with all brake fluids and most other fluids and fuels and has a working temperature range of -400 Degree F to 400 Degree F. The braided steel outer covering adds a protective layer against abrasion and is more durable than standard rubber hose. Length stated is from end to end including fittings.
Coated lines feature an external PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) coating which is rated up to 185 Degree before discoloration or melting may occur. This will not affect the line integrity, just the appearance of the outer covering.
Note: Lines are not DOT approved. 2 AN braided steel lines have a maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI.
