Bryan Hulbert - TULSA, Okla. (August 15, 2013) The 35th annual Jackson Nationals is fast approaching for the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MAVTV American Real. Presented by AtoZ Promotions in 2013, the event will encompass the National and Midwestern tours of the ASCS Nation.
Slated for Friday, August 30 and Saturday, August 31, at the Jackson Speedway in Jackson, Minn. the Labor Day Weekend spectacular will mark the second time the Lucas Oil ASCS presented by MAVTV American Real has visited the Minnesota oval. First visited in 2011, Johnny Herrera (8/19/11) and Jason Johnson (8/20/11) split top honors at the half-mile, high banked oval.
Sponsored by the State Bank of Fairmont, the Jackson Nationals will also include a challenge race between the top two eligible drivers in 360cid Sprint Car points from the Jackson Speedway, Knoxville Raceway, Lucas Oil ASCS, and Speedway Motors Midwest Region for from the Woodke Challenge Cup. The challenge race will take place on Friday, August 30 and pays a nice $1,500 bonus to the winner.
Several events are being lined up for drivers and fans to enjoy during the Labor Day Weekend by event promoters with details coming in the next week.

Following the races on Friday, August 30, live music and food will be provided by the Jackson Pork Producers for any and all until the food runs out. Both nights will have gates opening at 5:00 P.M. with Hot Laps beginning at 6:45 P.M. and will be accompanied by Mini Sprints and Sport Modifieds both nights.
