HYPERCO Composite Leaf Springs Features & Benefits:

  • Lighter: Composite springs are approximately 70% lighter than steel. Our Epoxy matrix Composite material has been adapted from the aerospace industry to provide high yield strength, retention of design at a very light weight.
  • Quick Response: Composite springs respond quicker than steel springs. Specific strain energy is a characteristic of composite material when used as a spring. Their responsiveness is through the storage and release of energy which is greater than steel. This allows wrap-up and then the unwinding of the spring quicker and with more consistency.
