Q: How To Use Our Online Store

  1. Our site features a powerful database that allows you quickly find the categories, brands and products you are looking for. We have carefully organized our products into departments located across the top of each page, and in categories that are listed in the left column on every page. Once you made your selection the desired category, you will be immediately taken to main catalog page for that category. Then you can easily navigate in the left column or center of the screen to select from the sub-categories. In many cases, there are several sub-category levels designed to narrow your search to only the products you are looking for.
  2. You can perform a simple "Keyword" search on the top right hand side of any page be simply typing a brief description or the product part number to enter our search engine.
  3. Select the "Brand" tab at the top of any page that takes you directly to a list of the top brands in motorsports where you can click on the brand you are interested in. You can also reach this listing by clicking on the "Brands" link on the bottom of every page.

    We utilize a system that constantly rotates the products you will see in "Featured Items" and "New Products" area on the home page. Simply hit the refresh button on your browser on any page in our store to see a new set of products each time! This allows us to showcase the largest selection possible of exciting products to you.

Our online store works will with any connection, but we strongly recommend the installation of either DSL, cable or high speed dial up connection to maximize your shopping experience. Q: Checking Out & Finalizing Your Order

  1. One you have selected all of your merchandise, simply click on "Checkout" or "Shopping Cart" icon links located in the upper right hand corner of any page. You will see the number of items and total cost of your order displayed in the upper right hand of each page as you shop.
  2. The first step is to review and finalize your order on the shopping cart page. You can update quantity, remove items, and apply any discount coupons you may have for your purchase. You can also get a shipping estimate by simply inputing your zip code and clicking the "Calculate" button. Please note that this estimate can vary somewhat once you provide the actual shipping address when you check out. Once you have completed this information, simply click on the "Checkout" button.
  3. You will be directed to log into the Customer Information where you can select from the following: "Checkout as Guest" to check out as a guest to complete your order quickly if you're on the go, and don't already have an account; "I'm an Existing Customer" to login to your existing account for added convenience while placing your order; "I'm a New Customer" to create a new account and get all the advantages of being a registered customer such as listing and viewing all your orders each time you visit us. You will set your own personal password and be asked to confirm it. Don't worry about forgetting your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link when logging in and we will instantly e mail it to you!
  4. You will then enter you billing address for your credit card or PayPal account. Check the box labeled "I have a separate shipping address" if the order is to be shipped to a different address. Please note that to protect against identify theft, we immediately perform a security check and shipping address review on all orders received with a shipping address that does not match the billing address.
  5. Select either "Pay using my Credit Card" where after submitting your order, your credit card will be charged to complete your payment - or - Pay using PayPal® where after submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal® to complete your payment.
  6. Please be sure to select the box "Please inform me of product information and specials" to subscribe to our mailing list where you will receive important new product updates, exclusive discount coupons, and inside racing industry information! Don't worry about SPAM, we never sell our e mail lists to other companies.
  7. Click the "Submit Order" button to complete your order.
  8. The Checkout Confirmation page will appear with your order summary and Order Number. Click on the printer icon to view if you want to print a copy of your order for your records.
