Designed for street 260-289-302 c.i.d. Ford V8s without EGR. number 2121 is a stock replacement/street legal part for 289 and 302 V8s with OEM 4V carb.; 1966-72 (1973 non-CA); except stock equipped EGR.

  • Carb recommendations: Edelbrock AVS2 or Performer Series 500-650cfm, for automatic transmissions use #1483 & #1490 or #1844. Port exit dimensions: 1.09" x 1.84"
  • Due to the design of Performer manifolds, the throttle and kickdown bracket on some vehicles may require modification to fit. When using Edelbrock carburetors, use #1490 or #1845 throttle plate kit. Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant #1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS. Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.
