4L80E/6X 3000-3200 Stall Triple-Disc Bolt-Together Converter. This Bolt-Together 3-Disc Converter for 4L80E/6X features a 3000-3200 Stall with Woven-Carbon Friction material and conk-machined billet front that can handle most punishing applications.
These high-stall torque converters feature woven-carbon friction and lock-up control technology which seamlessly applies the clutch. Each one features a removable billet front that allows access to the entire lock-up assembly, turbine, stator and bearings for servicing or re-stalling in the event of future vehicle modifications. The billet front is CNC-machined and made from pre-hardened steel. For added strength, TCI engineers included a pre-hardened billet turbine hub, lock-up piston and 50-spline clutch hub. The converters are fully furnace-brazed, computer-balanced and hand-assembled to precise tolerances.
No Single Disc Option Available. With the modern advancements in drivetrain technology, higher advertised torque converter stall speeds means that driveability will suffer far less than an equivalent stall speed in older, less efficient transmissions. For more accurate stall range, be sure to contact TCI Support with your vehicle's specifications. TCI techs will need to know your vehicle's weight, engine displacement, power adders, rear gear ratio, along with tire diameter.
