Neck support collars have been tested to show that they are effective at supporting the neck during crash tests. They feature thick padding to provide support where the helmet is supported and under the drivers chin. We strongly recommend a SFI 38.1 Certified Head and Neck Restraint to be worn at all times in competition, but many are compatible with neck support collars.
