Sensor junction blocks connect lines to pressure transducers, a requirement of stepper motor gauges. Typically mounted to the firewall junction blocks include 1/8" NPT threads to accept pressure transducers on the interior side of

firewall, while pressure lines are then connect adjacently on the engine side. Other designs of Firewall Junctions isolate sensors to eliminate engine vibrations and are available for 1, 2, and 3 ports. The allow for remote mounting sensors away from heat and remote mounting for applications where the engine is far from the drivers compartment.
