Every Race Demona" has billet-aluminum metering blocks, billet aluminum baseplates, patented removable boosters, large capacity fuel bowls with patented sight glasses and patented, streamlined air entries. Combined, this cutting edge technology allows Race Demons to produce greater power and achieve higher levels of consistent performance than conventional designs. Race Demona" carburetors are offered in a variety of factory tune-ups: General Competition (GC), Oval Track (OT), Drag Race (DR), Tunnel Ram (TR) and Road Race (RR). For greater tuning flexibility see the Race Demon RS and Race Demon Traction Master. Traction Master Baseplates can be used to update Demon or other square bore carbs. All Race Demons can be serviced and tuned using Demon and BG Fuel Systems carburetor service and tuning parts. Race Demon float bowls are supplied complete with sight glasses which permit float level adjustments without the risk of fuel spillage. They have a greater capacity than conventional bowls, and some are supplied with a unique anti-aeration dam that settles the fuel and reduces foaming. Removable Demon boosters are precision cast from a high-strength zinc alloy. CNC-machined metering blocks from billet aluminum prevent porosity and variations in the metering circuit. Traditional casting methods can produce unwanted ridge lines which obstruct airflow. Demon carburetors employ a new die-casting technology, which provides the most accurate, repeatable method of producing concentric venturii without misalignment or shift. The billet baseplates on all Demon are virtually unbreakable, unlike their cast counterparts.
