With the Golden State King of the West Sprints having some time off “KWS Tonight” returns this Thursday at 7pm with an update & review of the season, as well as a recap of the Knoxville Nationals and a preview of the 58th Gold Cup Race of Champions at the Silver Dollar Speedway.

Gary Thomas and George Hague will discuss how the KWS season has gone from the series operations standpoint, where the tour is at during its inaugural year and the challenges of trying to put on “shows” rather than standard racing events.

We will also give an update on the year-end awards banquet and talk about the many lucrative prizes that KWS full-time drivers will have a chance at winning, or have already won this season.

A full rundown of the week at the 51st annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals will also be given, with Thomas sharing his experiences during the week of racing that also included the Challenges at Oskaloosa.

Finally, we will preview the last two 410 Sprint Car Point Races and the Gold Cup Race of Champions at the Silver Dollar Speedway. This Friday will mark “Kids Bike Night” and all children 11 and under will be admitted free with one paid adult. Those children will also receive a free popcorn and soda
