Bracket bolts to top of quick change-equipped circle track cars and mounts upper link. Also designed for use with Allstar #ALL56160 Pivot Assembly. #ALL60150 has upper link holes moved 3" toward rear to help fraction traction. All brackets are sold each. Two required, per housing.
