If you've ever adjusted the springs on a pair of coil overs you'll really appreciate these thrust bearings. They fit between the lower spring seat and the bottom of the spring providing a roller bearing surface between the seat and the spring allowing you to turn the seat with pressure on the spring. Makes adjusting ride height much easier. Sold in pairs.
