Sunday night the battle was on at Eldora Speedway as the track hosted it’s annual Johnny Appleseed Classic, with four series ready to battle on the high banked half mile. This video is directly from the Big E, with Dustin Jarrett breaking down the night of racing action. In the ALMS race, Ohio native Matt Miller dominated the event, leading from the green to the checkers. Miller hopes to use that momentum and what he learned from this trip to the Big E to give him an advantage at the Dream next week.

In the NRA Sprint Invaders feature event, it was Butch Schroeder who took the top spot, again trying to use his Eldora win as a tool to prepare him for July when the series will be back for a doubleheader as they run with the World of Outlaws for the Kings Royal.

In the UMP Modified feature, Brian Ruhlman, who pulled double duty with both the late model class and the UMP series, was able to take his extra track time and put it to good use, coming home with the A-main win.

Finishing up the night of racing, the Eldora Stock class A-main was won by Dean Pitts
