Has there been any track out there that has been more affected by the weather then Lernerville Speedway in 2011? For three consecutive weekends fans have been disappointed as mother nature has forced the cancellation of each “opening night” race. Originally scheduled for March 25th, three straight weekend storms have pushed back the opening night racing to it’s fourth attempt on April 15th. But look at it this way, after all the taxes are filed you have something to look forward to!

Based on their track record of weather in 2011, I shouldn’t even publish this story until the green flag drops on April 15th. But I am hopeful that the weather will cooperate this time for the Lernerville Speedway fans. But as always make sure you check out the weather before heading to the track this weekend, as rain is in the forecast for this weekend.
